ONLINE ORDERS
Our goal is to ship out all orders within 48 hours pending availability and verification of payment. A confirmation email will be sent once the order has been shipped. All orders are shipped via Canada post.
IN STORE PICK UP
If you are local choose this option at check out. We will try our best to pack your order as soon as possible. Please pick up your order in store at 1624A 100th North Battleford during regular store hours. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is ready.
SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via Canada Post. Free shipping is provided on all orders within Canada. A confirmation/tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. Once the package is with Canada Post, Styles Plus is not responsible for any shipping delays or lost packages. If your package gets lost in transit please contact Canada Post with your tracking number.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If Canada post notifies you that your package was delivered but it is missing or stolen contact your post office with the tracking number. Styles Plus is not responsible for stolen packages, please report to your local authorities.
DAMAGED GOODS
Each item is inspected before it is shipped. In the event that you receive a damaged item please report it to stylesplusclothing@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving the item. Include your order number, an item description and a photo of the damages. Damage claims made after 3 business days will not be accepted.
ONLINE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to return an item please email stylesplusclothing@gmail.com or call 306-446-1319. Include your order number, the item, and reason for exchange/return. All returns must be received within 7 days of delivery date stated on the tracking information. Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned items.
If at checkout you selected pickup, you will have 7 calendar days from the date of purchase to exchange your items, or return for store credit.
All merchandise must be returned with tags attached and items must be unworn, unwashed, and free from any stains or odors.
We have the right to refuse items that are returned in poor condition and without the tags, and we reserve the right to refuse future returns. Any ineligible items shipped to us for a refund will be refused and shipped back at the buyers cost.
All undergarments, swimwear, accessories including hats, scarves, jewelry, gift certificates and sale items are FINAL SALE.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. Footwear must be returned in the original packaging, clean and undamaged in any way with tags attached.

Items purchased in store may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from purchase date. All items must be unwashed, unworn and original tags must be attached. All undergarments, swimwear and accessories are a final sale due to hygienic reasons. All discounted items and promos are a final sale. Items can be returned for exchange or store credit only.
